  • Midway Industrial Park is 300 acres located on the north end of Sherman, TX and the south end of Denison, TX, midway between the two cities.

  • 180 acres available for development in multiple pad site sizes and conifurations. Pad sites are available from 2 to 100 acres.

  • Midway Industrial Park is the current home to United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, Frito Lay, Eaton and many others.

  • The park has access to ABUNDANT LOCAL WATER SUPPLY, which is fed by both artesian well water and water resources of Lake Texoma. This local asset is one of the largest man-made lakes in the U.S., at 139 square miles.

  • Excellent highway access, 5 minutes from US Hwy 75, 8 minutes from US Hwy 82.

  • Centrally located in northern Texas, close to southern Oklahoma. The park is only 30 minutes north of McKinney and Frisco, TX as well as the growing north Dallas metroplex. Oklaoma is only 10 minutes north.
