A new facility is being contructed and will be made available to industries interested in relocating to or expanding in the Sherman, Texas area.

 

The new building will be 60,000 sq. ft. and have the capacity to expand to 80,000 sq. ft. or more if needed. This spec building will be available in the first half of 2016 and can be finished out to fit the needs of tenants or purchasers.
